Our Prospect Park Sunday program runs year-round from 10am - 12pm for grades 2nd - 12th. Sessions are run by age group, and our program instills a love of running—welcoming all levels. Whether you're new to running or experienced, our coaches provide support and guidance to help you feel confident and enjoy every session.

We offer opportunities to participate in both non-competitive and competitive races, including cross country, track, and road races throughout NYC—whatever fits your goals!
